At Archic Furniture, we want you to love your home; if your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and assembly-ready condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Archic account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Furniture

  Disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a pickup time with our specialized furniture logistics partners.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
